Many a time due to the imbalance between work life and personal life, doing exercise is neglected and a proper lifestyle is not followed. There are a lot of Asana that strengthen the back and improve the back pain and might also improve the posture of the body Many asans like ustrasana (camel pose), chakrasana (wheel pose), paschimottanasana (forward bend pose) etc. Yoga is a way of life and if we practice yoga atleast for 30 minutes per day then we would be able to raise above petty issues and will be able to view everything in a balance way.
